Shipping & Refund Policy

Thank you so much for shopping with Swell! I hope you love your pieces as much or more as the love I poured into them. Here are some things you need to know before placing your order. 

Shipping Policy

I currently offer First Class Shipping with USPS for both domestic and international orders. Shipping times vary but usually anywhere between 1-5 business days for domestic orders. For international shipping, please know that shipping times vary greatly and any customs fees will need to be paid by the recipient if applicable.

Processing time usually takes 2-3 business days following your order for your item to be shipped (this is in addition to carrier shipping times). 

Tracking information will be sent in an email after purchase.

For Lost - Stolen - Damaged Packages

This is always every artist and recipient's worst nightmare. I take the utmost care in packaging your items to ensure that they make it to you safely. However, once they leave my hands and are in possession of the post office, I am no longer in control of what happens to them. I am not liable for lost or stolen packages. As the recipient of the package, you must file a claim with USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Tip! Always check with your neighbors before filing a claim. Give it a day, sometimes USPS pre-scans an item as "delivered" but its not quite in your mailbox yet. 

Return & Refund Policy

All purchases are final sale. If you're having an issue with an item please use the “Contact” page to message me and I would be happy to try to resolve the issue to the best of my ability.

 If you're purchasing cabochons, please refer to the "Product Care" page to learn more about the type of rock you purchased and how to avoid damage to the stone.

Every piece is sold as is. I’m unable to change sizes, lengths, chains, rocks, etc. All items are hand made from start to finish by me. Little marks and flaws are to be expected in handmade jewelry. 

Know your size before purchasing! I recommend buying a metal (US sized) ring sizer before purchasing a ring with me. Know how sensitive your ears are to earring weights. I have sensitive ears and am very aware of how heavy things are. I try to make my earrings as light as possible while also keeping in mind the integrity of the metal being used. I provide earring weights on every product. 

Know before purchasing if you're allergic or sensitive to metals.
