Montana Agate Cabochon. Clear with black dendrites and orange tone. Ring sized. Back is polished, flat and beveled. Coin in photo is for size reference.
Montana Agate is most commonly found along the Yellowstone River. It formed do to volcanic activity within Yellowstone National Park approximately 65 million years ago. It's earthy tones and mossy dendrites combined with its clarity and high shine make a striking combination and a personal favorite of mine.
*These rocks are cut to the best of my ability. Hand cut rocks may contain some irregularities. As a nature made gem, sometimes hidden seams, fractures, pockets and texture may be contained within the rock. I am not responsible for any stone breakage. I never edit my product photos however, some screens may show stone colors different than in person. Pictures are taken outdoors in afternoon lighting. All sales final.
