Sonoran Dendritic Rhyolite Cabochon

Sonoran Dendritic Rhyolite cabochon. Statement ring size. Back is polished, flat and beveled. Coin in photo is for size reference. 

This rock comes out of Sonora, Mexico and is mined by hand and taken down the mountain by burrows. It is known for its branchy/bushy dendrite patterns that come in gorgeous blends of red, orange, yellow, pink, mauve, blue, grey and white and can sometimes have color banding like wonderstone. The intricate pattern makes this material a favorite of mine. 

*These rocks are cut to the best of my ability. Hand cut rocks may contain some irregularities. As a nature made gem, sometimes hidden seams, fractures, pockets and texture may be contained within the rock. I am not responsible for any stone breakage.
